N9XO respects your privacy and is committed to protecting your data. This policy explains what data we collect, why we collect it, how we use it, and your rights.

We only collect data necessary to provide and improve your experience in N9XO:

• Telegram ID – to recognize your profile and track your progress
• Username / First Name (if available) – to personalize your experience (e.g., in lobbies)
• Game data – such as match history, wins/losses, and session settings
• Referral/invite source (if applicable)
• Anonymous usage statistics – via analytics tools

We do not collect:

• Phone numbers
• Location data
• Files, photos, or audio
• Camera or microphone access
• Your contact list

2. Why We Collect It

Your data helps us:

• Provide core game functionality (multiplayer, match records)
• Improve performance and detect bugs
• Track feature usage for future improvements
• Prepare for future features like achievements or competitive stats

3. Advertising (Coming Soon)

We do not currently display ads, but may add non-intrusive ads in the future.

If advertising is introduced:

• It will be clearly labeled and appropriate
• No personalized ads will be shown without your explicit consent
• This policy will be updated accordingly

4. Data Retention

• Active accounts: your data is stored as long as you use the app
• Inactive accounts: if you block or delete the bot, your account is marked inactive
• Data deletion: inactive accounts are deleted automatically after 6 months
• You may delete your data at any time using the /delete_my_data command

5. Your Rights

You have the right to:

• View what data we store about you
• Request correction or deletion
• Revoke your consent at any time

6. Third-Party Tools

We use the following third-party analytics tools to improve the app:

• Telegram Mini Apps Analytics SDK – provides anonymous insights into feature usage and performance
• Telemetree – a privacy-focused analytics service for Telegram apps

These tools collect aggregated and anonymized data. No personally identifiable information is shared or tracked beyond what Telegram makes available to bots.

7. Data Security

All data is stored securely using encryption and access controls. We do not share or sell your data.

8. Changes to This Policy

If we make significant changes (e.g., adding ads), users will be notified via the app and this policy will be updated.
